Shipping and Local Pickup Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS unless special arrangements are made. Special arrangements will be made on a case by case basis at my discretion. For local pickup in Oklahoma City, please email, call, or text to make arrangements. 

 

All live plants are sent via priority shipping as by default, or overnight if requested by the buyer. Seed packets are shipped via USPS ground, or priority/overnight shipping if requested by the buyer. 

 

Plants shipped during cold weather may require a heat pack to prevent damage, which will be made available to the buyer at their cost. 

I can currently only ship to and from the USA. 

Please allow up to 3 working days for order fulfillment to ensure your order gets the care and attention it needs. All orders placed on Friday will be fulfilled the following week. 

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

I strive to deliver healthy, accurately labeled plants and viable seeds. All plants I send out are identified to the best of my ability. If I make a mistake and send out the wrong plant, I will make it right. If I fail to do my due diligence in packaging a plant for shipment properly and it is damaged in transit as a result of that, I will make it right. Please take pictures or and send them along with any other documentation to me when claiming any damages.

Listings for plants and seeds may include stock images which depict a mature plant of that species/cultivar. Any listings for exact specimens will include individualized photos, and the listing will clearly be labeled to reflect this. Sizes included in listings should be considered approximate.

I do not take responsibility for plants that are damaged due to cold weather if no heat pack is included with the order. Plants ordered during extreme weather events may be held at seller's discretion until the order is safe to send. Any waiver of this is done solely at the buyer's risk.

I do not take responsibility for delivery issues due if the buyer submits an invalid or improperly formatted address.

I do not take responsibility if the mail carrier loses/damages/destroys the package. USPS priority includes insurance, and claims should be filed with them. That said, I will be highly sympathetic if such an unfortunate event occurs and will generally offer discounts for replacements of some kind in the event this happens.

I do my best to provide resources to customers who need guidance, but I do not take responsibility for failure of plants or seeds to thrive after they have left my care so long as they are delivered safely.

I do not accept returns or exchanges in the event of buyer's remorse.
